Overall the course is worth the money that you pay. I paid $14 for twighlight rates on a weekday. I would never pay full price for the course however. The fairways are more like dirtways, there is little to no grass on the fairways and mostly bare. The greens look like they have not been trimmed in months thus they are very slow. However, this is one of the only courses in the area, so for the price it is worth it. Be sure to play twilight due to a reduced rate.

Played here on Saturday, November 25th with about noon tee time. It took us about 4 1/2 - 5 hours to play. (It was slow on the back 9. ) Course conditions are not too good for the front nine. The front 9 fairways were mostly dry and brown. The greens on the front 9 had some dry and brown spots. The back 9 fairways tend to be overwatered and were wet and mushy in spots. Greens on the back 9 were in pretty good shape. Front 9 holes feels like a municipal course. Back 9 holes runs around houses and feels like a country club course. Water comes into play on several holes, mostly on the back 9. Not bad for the price.
