Played here on 12/30/14 with my old college roommate. I had a coupon and it cost us $33 each (booked through a 3rd party site) which I thought was a great rate this time of year for a really fun layout! We played the blue tees which play 70.8/124/6574. Much of the course meanders through a natural area with condos and homes only an eyesore on the last few holes. You can tell that the course is geared towards the tourists with the domestic vegetation, flowers, and a waterfall. I found it a pretty course to play visually. Waste areas, wire grass, mounding, and eccentric green complexes are the main course features. It almost looked like a course that would be found closer to the coast with all the sand throughout. That all created quite a few options off the tees and plenty of interest on a generally flat piece of property. Large greens with severe slopes and uneven lies in the fairways added challenges. Someone could use the slopes to their advantage if they had played here before. Good mix of distances from our tees and lots of open feeling tee shots. The course was damp when we played and the greens were slow so we sadly didn't get to take advantage of the slopes. The fairways were in nice shape, but the greens were a disappointment because of their slow speed and plenty of bare, sanded patches. Still ok for the price we paid. If the greens improve I'd highly recommend the course. Easy to get to and my friend and I both liked the layout.
