Well end of the year. So after playing World Woods a few more times, we ended the year in Beverly Hills. Fl that is. Voted Best of The Best in Citrus County for 2018 and 19. Played here many times with my Uncles who retired here and taught me the game of golf when I was growing up back East. So it was only fitting that a few of us Old timers passed the game onto our Nieces/Nephews, on the course that has many memories. The course is located in Beverly Hills, FL (in a great retirement community). Not overly long but a lovely layout amongst the many Oak trees and a links course. Very little water compared to many FL courses. But lots of traps. And the OB areas will destroy your round of golf. But it is a great course to play and IMO not like the typical FL courses. Course was in great shape and a definite play if you are in the area and looking for an enjoyable round of golf (and who doesn't). Great food and beverage in the Bar & Grill. So Happy New Year and tremendous golf to all in 2020.
