Played Vista 9 whites yesterday 11:30 with son and two big hitting locals Nick & Scott. Warm busy day with one of three 9s closed for morning maintenance. Vista started out near hilltop uphill going through several large elevation drops to finish. Fairways & rough lush not hard to hit out of with some steep native areas to avoid. A couple dry creekbeds to cross over with a few lakes on the other 9s. Nice conditions with a few dry or thin areas mostly limited off fairways and one green thin along unused edge probably slow to recover from dry winter. Undulating greens smooth and quick with additional subtle breaks. Pete and Linda Sue in golf shop nice, friendly and informative of conditions and rental equipment. Organized starter had gps carts ready to go with water, ice and clubs. Enjoyed golf and great views of Rockies and Flatirons. Recommend playing 9-27 holes whenever in area and Omni Hotel nice as well.

I played this course during a 4-course golf tripnot Denver. I don't know if it was the heat--upper 90s--but none in our group were impressed. The course winds through an industrial park, and there was quite a bit of construction going on, which detracted from any solitude.
We did play all 27 holes.

Course conditions were above average, with fairways, greens, bunkers, and tee boxes in good shape. None of the holes seem particularly memorable, and we played only two days ago. Service seemed about average, but since it's a golf resort one would expect service to be high end.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but not especially memorable, which is what you want on a golf trip. There are better courses to play, and if you're taking a golf trip there, I'd look elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of playing this beautiful course on 9/6/2013. The price was $65 using Golfhub. It was worth every penny. The course was an amazing shape. I don't think I could have picked a better course to play during my short stay in Denver.
My only complaint for the entire day was that the maintenance workers had no "golf etiquette" and were running their mowers and talking very loud as we were playing the front 9.
