1) No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Open only to legal residents of the United States.
2) The contest begins at the beginning of each calendar month, and ends at the end of each calendar month. There is one way to enter the Greenskeeper.org newsletter contest, which is via online entry. You must be a registered Greenskeeper.org user to enter the Contest. Visit the Greenskeeper.org website at www.greenskeeper.org. All registered users who have opted to receive the Greenskeeper.org newsletter will automatically be entered in each month's contest. All entries/registrations become property of Greenskeeper, LLC and will not be returned or acknowledged. One entry per user per contest. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. No mechanical or electronic reproductions permitted. Reproduction of online entry form not valid for contest entry. Photocopied or incomplete entries are void. Winners are required to provide username, password, zip code (must match the zip code in user's account information), name, and mailing address in order to receive prize. For prizes valued at more than $600.00, a valid social security number will be required.
3) Prize package consists of the prize listed above. Prize value is as indicated. Shipping/mailing within the United States will be paid by Greenskeeper, LLC. Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, local, municipal and provincial laws and regulations apply. Greenskeeper, LLC shall be deemed sole interpreter of the rules and conditions. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Greenskeeper, LLC are final. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
4) Random drawing of the winner will be conducted on or about the first day following the end of the calendar month within which the contest is held, from among all eligible registered users who have opted to receive the Greenskeeper newsletter. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Participants must check the Greenskeeper.org online newsletter page to see if they are winners. Winners must claim their prize by filling out an online claim form. In the event a prize is not claimed within 60 days, the prize will be voided, carry over or added to the following month's contest as solely determined by Greenskeeper LLC. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize. Greenskeeper, LLC reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner's user ID, hometown and prize won for promotional purposes without further compensation. Prizes won by users under 18 years of age will be awarded to the user's parent or guardian.
5) By participating in this contest, all entrants agree to release Greenskeeper, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion companies, contributors, consultants and agents, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and/or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, or traveling to or from any prize related-activity.
6) Greenskeeper, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damages to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the contest. Greenskeeper, LLC is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Under no circumstances shall Greenskeeper, LLC be responsible for lost or damaged gift certificates or prizes, whether lost or damaged during shipment or after.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Greenskeeper, LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the contest.
7) Employees and the immediate family members of Greenskeeper, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion companies, contributors, consultants and agents, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. contributors, and consultants, and any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 8) Greenskeeper, LLC will post the winner's user ID for each contest ended in our site Forums.
