This course was recently reopened after renovation and it is awesome. The course is extremely challenging, especially once the wind picks up, as many of the holes are designed to play directly into the trade winds. The course was not busy at all the day we played, and we ended up playing in about 3:40 as a twosome. There are some spectacular holes in which you drive your tee shot down off an elevated tee into fairways surrounded by jungle. The greens were immaculate, no ball marks, and rolled very true. We could hardly tell the course had been played by anyone else. The greens fee here is high, but you will definitely get what you pay for, the service was top notch, the course was in great condition, and the round was extremely challenging. We were only able to play the Makai course and the Prince course on Kauai, and there is no comparison, the Prince is a must play.
