One of the best 9-hole courses in Northern CA, especially for the reasonable price.

Black Oak is in decent shape... nice and green. Sand is fine, greens are ok, not as good as they often are, but they'll be punching next week, so they should shape up soon.

Best angle to the green is from the right side of the fairway, but to get over the last tree you need a long high drive. A little uphill to the green, you might need an extra club.

This green is reachable by the big hitters, although there's OB left and not far off of the green. I like 5 iron to the 100, and SW to the green. Don't miss the green right... it kicks to the OB.
