Not much has changed since Brown_ism review below. Good customer service, decent little snack grill, good practice facility on East side with 2 practice putting areas in total. Played Thursday 18 Dec 10:45 tee 3 ball, with carts on path day for recent rain. Must have had lots of it since some of the sand traps were casual water or washed out. Lots of maintenance being conducted currently throughout the course. The tees are indeed tired and are sanded, thin and not too level. Fairways were wet and thin, rough lots of bare spots, but the greens were very good. No bare spots, soft and holding, and not too bumpy with medium speed. Not a bad layout with lots of elevation changes and good enough challenge. It is exposed though so pick your days if you don't like playing in wind. 3 hours 30 round, with a course coupon $25 riding.
