"Played Thurs with 8:30 tee time. Front nine finished in under 2 hours and we were walking. No more cart path only rule. On 11 it started pouring and there was nowhere to take shelter. Remember this when the summer comes and you're looking for some shade. There is none. We quit at 14 because we were soaked. The burns and waste areas were now ponds and streams. Real links style golf. We asked about replay policy and got partial credit towards next round. Real nice folks and they are really trying to address all the problems. Course is in great shape. Greens are still too soft for a links course but with summer coming, I bet that will change. Tip for putting, there is no trend to break from the mountains or towards the valley.
