This is my second go-around with a Scotty Cameron putter. Overall, I like it much better than my previous one (Studio Stainless). The Studio Select sets up perfectly behind the ball giving you a boost of confidence. At impact, there is a satisfying "click" that lets you know you hit it pure. Fail to hit it pure, however, and you will know that as well. The feedback is immediate and noticeable. The putter's strongest trait is distance control. This no doubt aided by the fact that you can finally get a Cameron off the rack that has a head weight proportional to the length of the putter. And the grip is AWESOME. It fits my hands perfectly and the mix of rubber and cord is quite nice.
The only negative comment I have is, of course, the price. $300 is quite steep but, unfortunately, is also the norm these days for a "premium" putter. Oh, and the headcover is hideous.
Overall, Two Thumbs Up!
