Played in the Simi Valley Amateur this past weekend.
The golf course is in ok shape considering the dry spells in the summer. As expected, the fairways were rather dry and it would be lucky to get a good lie on it. The rough was long and lush for the tournament and the greens were rolling well.
This golf course have some tough holes to think about but overall, a decent golf course to play on.

Played a golfextra tournament today.
The golf course is in ok shape. Not as good as I expected after reading all the good reviews but a decent golf course none the less. The golf course plays tough despite being only 6300 yards form the tips. A lot of different elevation changes and doglegs make this short course a challenge for anyone who plays it. I definitely recommend this course for anyone but the beginning golfer.

Used up my play 4 rounds get 5th round free card, so played the round free. Today's round was a practice round, not much of a scoring round because the pace of play was very bad. Our threesome was faster than the twosome in front of us and we were waiting on every shot. We played the front nine again after 9 holes because the back nine was playing very slow. Course conditions were nice as usual. This course is very playable for mid to low handicappers, but not high handicappers.

First day for public play today.
Obviously, the golf course is in super shape. The golf course looks very daunting off the tee but is in fact quite forgiving. Strategically placed bunkers on the fairways make accuracy off the tee a must or else its trouble. The greens were fast and roll really well. Jack Nicklaus did a super job in making this golf course a fair challenge for all levels of play. Pro Shop verification is needed in order to play the back tees. This shows you how tough the golf course will play from the tips. All in all, I would say this golf course had a very successful opening day and as time go by, it will continue to mature into a very beautiful and enjoyable place to golf.

A very classy facility with good service. Fresh fruits are provided before the round. 2 bottles of water are provided in the cooler. The golf course is in good condition. Very lush fairways and the rough is thick. The greens are in poor shape considering the high green fees and the bunkers were rather clay like. A good golf course with nice views around the housing estates.

Without a doubt, one of the best golf courses in Southern California in terms of quality and affordability. I went up as a single after a one and a half hour drive from Northridge and got on the course immediately on a Saturday morning. This golf course is fantastic, I can go on and on with how good the course is. Very playable for all levels as they have different sets of tees.

Very nice golf course. It is not as easy as it looks because the greens are tricky and there are big bunkers surrounding them. Good conditions, great prices and nice staff make this golf course a must play.

This course is tough!! The gusting wind makes it even worse.
Some very interesting holes on this golf course. Very nice views from the back tees. The proshop staff told me that the course is not going to be closed down. Still, there were not many people out golfing here on a saturday afternoon. Try this golf course and other golf courses might seem easy.

Very interesting and different golf course. Certainly links style with wide open fairways and undulating greens. This golf course is very affordable and is always in good condition. Pace of play was slow because this golf course is very popular and fun to play.

Played on a Saturday morning at around 9am. I was a single walkon and was on the course in five minutes. The service was great. I paid $60 for the weekends with a golf passbook discount. Very affordable. The golf course is in great shape. It was just what I expected for a golf resort. Great scenic views, and rather forgiving fairways, make this golf course very suitable for all golfers.

Played a golfextra tournament today. The course is in good condition, however, the greens have many unrepaired ball marks. As the other comments posted, I think too much effort has been put to maintain the other aspects of the course. This course is forgiving off the tee so driver can be used on most on the holes. I highly recommend this scenic golf course to all levels of golfers.

Played a Michelob Light Amateur Tournament on a Saturday.
The golf course is in very nice shape. The pace of play was alright, a little slow but then again, it was on a weekend. This golf course is a great value for scenery as well as playability.
