Played 8/4/13

Weather was perfect. Started a little overcast but around noon it burnt off and the sun came out.

Tee boxes were in ok condition. A lot of divots filled w sand. Fairways , some parts were brown and dead/ burnt. Didn't expect this at a coastal course. Greens were in very good shape other than some par 3's with a lot of ball marks.

We were able to play for $100. Anything over that NOT WORTH IT

Course layout was a little weird. Definitely target golf.

Would I play again ? No

I understand that you are paying partially for the ocean views but at $280 green fees the course should be immaculate

Playing Pelican North tomorrow.

Played here today at 1pm, 7/19/12. Played from the tips, very challenging course!! Especially when the wind picks up , which it did for most of the holes. Wind was approx 20-25mph.

Course is in good shape, fairways were good, greens rolled true however they just tined the greens so they had one inch slits in them. 18th green was the worst green as it was sandy and looked like they had done some work on it. Bunkers were terrible, either had very little sand or a hard packed layer of sand.

All in all, the course was in decent shape, not the best in the area but for what we paid, worth it.

Played here today, 7/17/12. A little windy at first, 10-14mph winds, but then the winds died and it was a perfect day.

CM does not have a driving range. You can either use their warm up station which is 4 mats hitting into a net about 20-25 yards away. This let me warm up a little. Other option is to go to Tahoe Donner and us their range.

Course layout is great and challenging! Fairways were in good shape and the greens were rolling good. They just verticut them and top dressed them with a little sand but they still rolled true. Greens weren't in perfect or prefect shape due to the low snow they had this winter. The snow protects the greens over the winter and this didn't happen this past winter so they weren't in immaculate shape but still good. I played a good round (77) and had a great time.

I would definitely play out there again, but we were able to get on for a great rate at 11am in the morning.

Played the Ridge this morning. Greens were rolling good and the fairways were in good condition. Some of the fairways were a little wet but with the extreme heat i would understand. The only negative i have was that 9 hl's took 2.5 hrs as we had a 2some and 4some in front of us. The pro shop even said they weren't busy.

Other than that the course was in very good shape. Tough course though playing from the tips

Definitely the nicest course up in the Sacramento are. Worth the drive and the $80 green fee.

Course is in immaculate shape from tee to green. Customer service is great out there also. Bottled water in a cooler and every 3-4 holes.

Its nice to play on fairways that are like carpet and greens that roll true.

If you sign up for the Cache Creek players card you also get $25 in restaurant credit!!

Great course, can't wait to go back there again!

Went out there on a Tuesday around 3pm. Got a Golfnow special at $48 a person.

Greens were still not completely healed from the winter. Course lay out was decent, fairways were fine. Definitely wouldn't go up there again to play. Greens were very bumpy and sandy. Maybe in a month they might be a little better but i have played other Truckee courses which were in much better condition.
