Played on 5/16 with a 7:00 AM tee time. Greens were in excellent shape, a little slower then usual and spongy. Fairways
were in great shape with minimal divot and barespots. Tee boxes
were beat-up on some holes. Overall, Knollwood is in good playing condition. AG should eliminate 5-somes, especially on the weekends as it severely slows down play.

Played Brookside # 2 on 3/28 with a 7:00 AM reservation with my foursome. Fairways are in great shape - well trimmed with minimal barespots. The greens were being aerated. Pace of play was great - 4.5 hours walking on a weekend for Brookside which is excellent. Once the aeration is complete, Brookside should be in excellent playing condition.

Played on 3/14 with my usual foursome. The course conditions are actually very good. Greens are medium speed with minimal ball mark damage. Faiways are lush with minimal divot damage. Tee boxes are so-so with some divot damage and uneven lies. The challenge is the slow play, it took us 5.5 hours to complete the round. We waited on every hole to take our tee shots and approches. The rude starter kept yelling through the PA in order to enforce starting times by asking groups on the tee to tee off ASAP.

Played on 12/7. Fairways and rough in terrible condition. Many bare spots and from appearances, it looks as if no maintenance has been performed on the fairways and rough. Greens were slow and spongy and some bare spots also. Tee boxes and bunkers were in decent shape. This course used to be in excellent shape, what happened ?

Played on 11/09 during a light rain. Course was almost empty. In good condition. Greens were slow, but in great shape. Fairways and tee boxes were also excellent.

Played today, 10/13. A wonderful course with undulating fairways and tricky greens. Some holes are "target golf", but the fairways are fairly open. Greens are consistent and pretty fast. My only complaint was the "marshall" who tried to speed us up on a Monday afternoon when the group behind us was 2 holes behind us !
Other than the experience with the marshall, the course is in wonderful playing condition and well maintained.

Played today (5/26). Greens in excellent shape; fast and quite firm. Tee boxes and fairways are also in great shape for municipal course. Undulating fairways make for uneven lies. Fairly open; some long par 3's and long par 5's make this course interesting. Fantastic staff and clubhouse grub ! This is one of my favorite courses and I've played golf here since I was 13 years old.

Played on 5/25. Greens in excellent condition; smooth and soft with minimal ballmark damage. Fairways were being aerated but were in great shape. Many tee boxes had numerous divot marks. A wonderful "shotmakers" course with beautiful canyon views. A great value and a great clubhouse restaurant.

Played on 5/11. The course is in the best condition that I've seen in a couple of months. Fairways, greens and bunkers are in excellent shape. Some tee boxes were beat-up, however.

Played on 3/24 and the course was in excellent condition with the exception of the greens. Tee boxes and fairways were excellent. Greens were just aerated, so they were inconsistent and somewhat bumpy at times. Excellent staff and one long course.
6 par 5's total, so bring your drivers and fairway woods to this course. "Championship Golf and Gracious Hospitality" is their motto, it's true !

Course was in excellent shape when I played on 3/6. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were all excellent. A new course with elevation changes, hidden water hazards,
elevated tees & greens. Country club feeling
and a wonderful layout. I'll be back !

Played 3/03. Tough greens and pin placements with some severe undulations.
Fairways were muddy and beat up in some places from the rain. Some fairways had potholes. Tee boxes were in fair condition.
Weather was beautiful and the surrounding area is gorgeous. A great value and I would play again. Great staff.
