Was fortunate enough to be invited by a friend who is a member. We played Thursday morning just two hours after the rains and the course was in great shape. I didn't see a single puddle or wet spot on the course.

I love the course, it's a fun layout, but the greens will kill you. They're all mostly raised with false fronts and edges and will roll off into collection areas.

Excellent experience all around.

Played on Sunday with my dad and brother. We teed off at 640 and pace was great as we were in the parking lot around 11. The course is a solid value in my opinion for what it is. They definitely are trying and haven't thrown in the towel like a lot of similar courses have over the years.

The greens were shockingly in very good shape outside a couple holes. Hole 1 is a temp green, but the new green is looking very nice! One other green has some bad dead spots, but otherwise they were fantastic.

The fairways aren't manicured like you'll find at a resort course, but it's fair and they absolutely are trying to have a fairway with an actual rough.

I'm going to put this in my rotation for a cheap fun!

Played on Friday 1/14 and it was very foggy and didn't let up until the back 9. The front was a challenge without being able to see your ball, but the course seemed to be a great track. The greens were tough but fair and rolling at a 7.

Fairways dormant but played great and everything you would want from fairway grass. Bunker placements make every shot a challenge but would love to come back and check it out without the fog!

Due to the fog, we stopped at the turn and sat down for lunch hoping to kill time. The food at the grill was fantastic and the fish tacos were huge and could feed three by itself. The burger was great too, with good sweet potato fries. Staff was great.

Played this today for the first time. It's such a unique and beautiful course cut directly into old oak quarry. I love how they use the quarry as a backdrop for many holes and the use of water deep below the cliffs.

The tee boxes were level and well maintained. The fairways we're on the dead side, but everything 100 yards in was well groomed and green. The greens were rolling at 11 and in near perfect condition.

I usually shoot 100 lately and surprised myself by breaking 100 for the first time in a while with a 96. I had expected to shoot poorly due to the difficulty, but the course allowed me to make decisions that played into my strengths. This isn't a grip it and rip it course, many holes challenge you to hit a long iron off the tee and for me at least think about where I wanted to put my approach shots.

I can't believe this course is under $100.

Played this course yesterday on 12/13 and had a great time. It was my first time playing and as a single was paired with a twosome and another solo. Everyone was great and we all had a good time together.

The course was is very good condition and the greens were in excellent shape. This was my first time playing and driving down from Mission Viejo was well worth the time and money spent. I loved the layout and the challenges it provides without being unfair. Most holes have that risk reward where you have to think about your shots. I would say for me I basically hit driver off every tee for the Par 4/5s, but mainly due to me being more confident in that over my 3w. I played from the whites and hit anything from 5i-SW into most greens. On 17 I hot a decent drive in the fairway and still had about 180 into the green so I hit the 4 hybrid into the green side rough.

Fairway rough wasn't thick at all, bit the rough around the greens were well maintained and taller and more lush. The greens were very fast and if you landed on a green slope it would role down it easily.
