Played on 7/20 which was about 2 years since the last time I played. The reason for my hiatus was the green fees at the time were fast approaching the $100 range. I must say that it's now more reasonably priced at $69 on a weekend and definately worth the price of admission. I guess with so many courses to pick from in the area they are starting to be more competitive in price.

Must say that I was a bit concerned on how play would be on my first time back based on the comments that "Cheese Burger" had posted. I'm happy to say that my experience was completely opposite of his and it turned out to be a great golf outing with our round finishing in just over 4 hours.

Course staff was great and I don't ever remember playing a course where the cart girl came around so many times. I mean we must have seen her 4 times a 9! I'm definately putting Eagle Glen back on my regular play list.

Played this course for the first time on Sunday the 22nd and am on the fence on whether I like it or not. The 100+ temperature did not add to the enjoyment of playing this course as I was more concerned about staying hydrated and surviving the heat. What I do know is course knowledge goes a long way in club selection. I'll probably try playing the course again in cooler weather before making a decision on whether to add it to my list of regulars. I do though want to commend ALL the course staff for being very friendly, informative and accommodating......great job!

Played for the first time on 1/3/08 since they added another hole which is #16, a 220 yd (blue) or 245 yd (black) par 3. Replay holes are #3 & #4 which in the order of play are #1, #2, #17 & #18. I know, sounds confusing which it is and something you will have to experience yourself to figure out. The last two holes are in the process of being put in and they look to be a par 5 & 4 which when completed will give the course the conventional number of 3, 4, & 5.

This course is going private in the near future, but rumor has it that they will allow outside play on certain days. As of January 1st, 2008 membership is going to cost 27K plus $100+ dollars a month. They're going to cap membership at approximately 400 and have around 200 or so currently signed up. Once all the holes are in and the club house built the monthly dues go up to $400+

Even thouugh the course is under construction it is priced reasonably at $44 during the week and $59 on the weekends. Course itself is in pretty good shape despite all that is going on. Probably the best value in the area including the munis.

Played on December 17th taking advantage of a $130 special. At this price definately worth playing and what made it even more enjoyable was the 4 hour round with no one in front or back of us! Course was in pretty good shape tee to green. Only negative was the maintenance crews on the course weren't practicing proper golf etiquette that day. The counter staff, starter, marshal and cart gal on the other hand were very friendly and helpful making our round start to finish enjoyable and memorable.

Played Sierra on 12/2/07 on a $49 special and a late morning tee time. It was a perfect day for golf; clear skies, no wind, but a bit on the chilly side. Played the first 4 holes at 2 under and it was down hill from there. The holes started backing up and continued that way for the rest of the round. I like to play fast and because of slow play, stupidly let a potentially best round ever slip away. Unfortunately the marshall was no where to be found until the 18th hole which was probably close to quiting time as darkness was starting to set in. Customer service at this course is not what I remember it to be the last time I played here which was over a year ago. As mentioned in some previous reviews there are other options in the area in the same price range, but with better customer service. I guess the positive side to all this is that I didn't have to pay the regular rate for the abuse!

Have played Temeku many times in the past and decided to try my hand again on 11/24/07. Somewhere around hole #5 I remembered why I quit playing here. The holes are just not laid out right on the front 9 and it's hard to get a game rhythm going...I don't know maybe its me, but this course drops to the bottom of ones to play.

Played on 11/25/07 which was my second time playing this course in 2 years. The only hole I remembered was #14 which still impressed me as much as the first time I played here. The weather was a perfect 72 degrees and no wind to speak of. I like this course very much as every hole is unique and has it's own set of challenges. Don't know why I haven't played here more often, but will definately put it on my places to play list. The only negative is the bunkers were not in the best of shape and some of the ponds were empty which prevented us from experiencing the best this course has to offer.

Played on 11/12 which was my second time at this track. Must say that the wind was a factor today which wasn't something I had to contend with the first time around and contributed to at least 6 extra strokes.....well maybe my putting was a factor also which brings up the issue of people not fixing their ball marks. This continues to be a problem here and had to repair on an average of 3 a hole not counting the number my playing partners fixed also. On a positive note there are some interesting holes and does warrant my playing again just to see how low I can score, but when the wind is at a minimum.

Played on 10/28 and found the course to be quite playable. Because of the large greens they are able to move the pins in an area that is not under maintenance. Having played here one other time I still find the greens puzzling and very difficult to judge. Is it just me or are other people finding this to be the case? I didn't really care for the lay out originally, but the more I play it and learn the nuances of the course I'm starting to appreciate it more. Also the staff in the pro shop and on the course are very good!

Played the course for the first time and found it to be quite unique. Many interesting holes reminiscent of Aliso Viejo before they were taken out to make way for a new housing development.

Course knowledge goes a long way here in determining what club to use on the elevated tees and greens.....that is of course unless you have a range finder in your bag.

Staff very helpful and friendly which is as important as the course itself. As mentioned, unless players start fixing their ball marks the greens will be trashed in no time.

Not your conventional 18 with 6 par 3s, but fun none the less. Beware of the afternoon winds as a somewhat easy course can become a horse of a different color!
