This course is located in a friendly community. They have a modest clubhouse and excellent practice facilities. The course itself plays fairly open off the tees, however watch out for sneaky hazards around the green. The greens are well maintained and very challenging. Overall, the course has a high end feel but at a fair price. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Normally this course is in good condition but this year's winter was pretty rough and it shows. This a great test of golf as it's the home of the University of Washington Huskies. The course should shape up nicely by mid to end of summer.

This is a neighborhood muni that's convenient to play. They have a new clubhouse with a great restaurant and we ll situated patio overlooking the back nine. The fairways are short but tall trees make shot making critical. The greens are currently in great shape, fast and fairly flat. A double digit golfer should be able to shoot in the singles here. If there's any recent rain the course stays fairly wet and you can expect the ball to stop where it lands. Early bird and twilight rates provide great value.

White Horse is an amazing golf course, extremely difficult but lots of fun if you enjoy challenges. Great practice facility and the staff is friendly. The fairways are narrow and the greens are fast! There are bunkers everywhere so you need to bring an A game. The course drains water well. The only drawback is the location as a ferry ride is necessary but the travel makes for a great day trip!

The Home Course is a seasoned golfers playground. It plays like a true links with no trees, lots of fescue mounds, deep bunkers. The course is visually appealing and the condition of the grounds is tight, including the intermediate rough. Any stray shots into the fescue will face uncertainty and more likely a lost stoke. There are a number of blind tee shots so picking up a yardage book, or playing with a friendly local is recommended. The par 3's are exciting but fair. This a challenging course that will give more than taketh, if the correct shot is executed. Winter rates at the Home Course is a steal for the quality.

This is a recently constructed RTJ II links course with some very unique features. From the temporary clubhouse there is a dramatic view of the entire course. Since it was once a sand or rock quarry the course offers excellent drainage during rain. There are no trees in play, however, missing the fairway will certainly produce a treacherous fescue lie, possibly a dreaded bird's nest! Between the rough and bunkers, one must be precise off the tee in order to have any chance at the green. The fairways and greens have above average undulation and require reading before executing any shots. The grass on the greens are most unusual as the blades are long and thin, yet grow laterally producing a matted finish with surprising speed and trueness. This course is visually puzzling and designed to create lasting memories. Local knowledge is recommended for first timers. Chamber's will host the 2015 US Open.
