Played on 3/22/15 at 2pm. The weather was good, not windy, not too hot, not crowded. Pace of play was fluid. Paid $49 for a twilight round but it was worth every dollar. I would definitely come back. Fairways were lush and even and greens were fast.

Tee Boxes: Level, plenty of teeing off spots 8/10
Fairway: Pristine 8/10
Rough: Seemed well kept 8/10
Greens: Super Fast but Smooth and fair, I wonder when they will aerate?
Practice Facility: Range hit off grass, plenty of putting and chipping practice area
Staff: Friendly

Played on 4/23, 12:45 start and 4:35 finish... Course was pretty much wide open, we took our time. Customer Service was good as I expected at a course like this. A lot of residents play here with their own cart. Tee Boxes and Fairways were not as good as I thought, some bare and thin areas. Greens were very fast and bunker sand was the best I've experienced. Very Challenging but definitely a lot of fun.

Played 04/15 started at 12:04, finished around 4:45. Pace was pretty good. Some tee boxes were beat up. Greens are all healed except for one hole that I remember... fast! Fairways were in great shape as well as the rough. Bunker was semi hard and clumpy. Definitely a lot of fun. Price was good.

Played 04/06 at 3:15 and finished 7:30 foursome. 5 some in front of us. Tee boxes in great condition, greens were even, smooth and medium/fast. Fairways were average, quite a few bare spots. Rough not always even but playable. Bunkers were semi-soft. They will be aerating soon. I will definitely come back.

Played in the afternoon. Fairways sucked. Course was on the dry side. Greens were very good. Playing time was good.
