This is my first time here and first I need to say the staff was far from welcoming. Maybe I caught them on a bad morning, but they were not talkative or friendly. Whatever I can write that off. Also, the maintenance people on the mowers were of the mindset that you need to get out of their way vs them treating you like a customer. One guy on a mower came within a foot of my ball in the fairway while I was standing next to it. None of them pulled over to let golfers play through, they just continued on with their work as if you were in the way.

The course it'self is flat and it reminds me of an executive course except longer. It did not have any ball washers anywhere on the course. Nothing very challenging to speak of. Not a lot of trees either, but some. It is well maintained with the exception of the rough off the fairway. I lost 6 balls within 20' of the fairway because the grass was so long. The play was slowed considerably because every foursome was out looking for balls that missed the fairway by just a few feet. It's actually hard to believe you can lose a ball knowing where it hit but that was the case. I asked a player in the parking lot if that was normal and he said it was exceptionally long for some reason so I guess I'll give it a pass but I felt the need to report it.

I'll play it again and hopefully, it will be in better shape as far as the rough is concerned. The tee boxes and greens were in very good shape.

Played April 22 @ 9:30 am, 60° and very little wind.

First round here this season. The course is in very good condition. Fairways and rough nicely trimmed. The greens were a little patchy, but I'd give them a solid 7 out of 10. Some of the tee boxes were full of dandelions but otherwise, they were level and mowed.

This course is a lot of fun. There is water, hills, and blind shots throughout. It has a slope of 109 (white tees) which I find frankly a little low. Most tee shots require a straight drive or you will be OB and lose a ball. Many of the greens are 3/4 surrounded by sand. There's enough water to make you pay attention too. The staff is almost always pleasant and helpful. They seem to have gotten a lot of new carts as well this year. The one I had even had a club/ball washer on it.

Southgate is a fun course with hills, trees and plenty of water. I played from the white tees and from there it has a slope rating of 114. The front 9 is simple enough with a couple of holes you must play correctly or they will eat you up (8 and 9). The back 9 is a lot of up and down with challenging holes and a nice finishing hole.

The fairways are very nice as well as the fringe and rough. The greens were OK, but not exceptional. The staff is always helpful and since I show up solo most of the time they can usually fir me in pretty easily, but they have always been willing to work with me.

This is a 27 hole public course, 3-9 hole courses. When you get there they assign you which 2 courses you will play. I played Woodbridge and Black Rock. The fairways and rough were in excellent condition, but the greens were disappointing as they were pocked and rough making a straight long put very difficult.

Woodbridge is a nice layout and fun to play, Black Rock will give you fits. There are several holes that demand very accurate shots. All in all a fun day and I ended up shooting a 98 which I considered to be decent given the difficulty of the course.

Played on April 5, 2019. This was the first round I have played here this year. I have been playing in St George a little this year and the greens at Glenmoor were in very good condition...even better than Southgate and Sunbrook in St George. The fairways were very good as well. Considering all the snow we had this year I was impressed with the condition of the course.

The course is a little challenging and has several holes that will give you a test. I play here more than anywhere else and enjoy it very much. The slope on it is 122.
