I played here on 2/3/16 and the course was in good shape. The greens are running fast, this is typical for Coyote Hills this time during the year. Fairways are coming back from being dormant and were rolling out. Pace of play could have been better, we finished in 5 hours for a weekday.

They are doing maintenance to the sidewalk on hole #1 so it was playing 75 yards up. The work should be done in a week but call first if this will pose an issue for you and your group.

American Golf is now managing this course and there have been several changes. Most of the changes are for the betterment of golfers. Most of the prior staff still remains and there are new faces.

One of the biggest improvements are the conditions of the greens. They now cut the greens short and roll them. They did not roll the greens in the past and the greens are now rolling great esp for a muni. One of the better conditions greens in the area, better than Rio and Montebello in my opinion. The fairways are still bumpy but not much can be done there.

I play here often and this is a challenging shorter course.

They are currently making improvements to the tee boxes on the 2 front par 3's - holes 7 and 8. Hole 7's tee box is almost complete, temporary tee box is 117 yards to middle of the green. They just started work on hole 8, it is playing very short, less than 90 yards.

No work being done on the back 9, back 9 is more challenging than the front. $20 twilight rate on the weekends. Easy course to walk, rating is 64. Friendly staff

Greens are still bumpy from aerification. There are trees that block your drives on a few par 4 holes - #7, 10 and 15 depending on where the blue tees are setup.

Played on 5/30 and 6/1, less than a week since the greens were punched. The greens have lots of sand and plays very slow right now but should recover nicely in the next couple of weeks. Course is still very playable

I played the Lake course on 11/8, this was my second time playing the course.

The course layout is great and makes for a challenging day of golf. Wind was blowing around 10mph and makes each hole a different challenge. Fairways and Tee boxes are in good condition. Greens aren't as quick as the Vineyard course but nothing to really complain about since the course is so new. Staff and Marshalls are very friendly. Easier to walk this course than Vineyard. This is my new favorite course in the area. Keep up the good work.

I was in town for the weekend and decided to check out Falcon on 11/15.

The course was in good condition, tee boxes were level, fairways nicely kept, greens were in good shape but a little slow. All in all a fun course, easy for the beginners in our group, nice staff. Good value, I would play here again.
