Played 8/31/2013 drawn by an email promising "We have been double cutting the greens and then rolling them, come out and shoot your career LOW!!" Many of the greens had bare spots - evidently the result of disease but otherwise were is decent shape. The fairways were also decent with numerous bare spots and some over watering. Slow round (almost 5 hours on a very hot day). Saw the cart girl once by the ninth green and never again. Bunkers were mixed in condition...some mud.
The course layout (Creekside/Hillside) was fun and challenging for me and for $39 on a holiday weekend - a good deal.

Course is quite tight with creek in play on most holes. Only real complaint was the bumpiness of the greens. Probably wouldn't return.

Greens were quite slow and Fairways were exceptionally thin. The layout is interesting with lots of variation. If only the fairways were in better shape - we were tempted to play winter rules (sic) and lift and place. Probably should have but didn't.

Greens have not come back yet from recent maintenance. Significabnt ridges on most greens. Course can be quite windy playing an extra2 clubs for 15, 16, 17. Greens are well bunkered and raised, fairways are wide and undemanding.
