I am a 36 year-old single Vietnamese male; came to the US in June 1990 at the age of 12; completed Jr High, High School, College in the US; initial college major was Laws & minor in Business-ended with just Business without Laws as It was unfit personal characteristics and interests; started and sold a few family businesses; currently working solo as an interior design/build specialist and loving it.
About Golf ...
I am almost brand new to golf, a 6-month rookie by July; 1st round of golf played on 02/08/2016(Lunar New Year), and have played at least 1 round of golf on almost every day since; not counting the MANY buckets of balls hit at local driving ranges; my goal is to play at every available golf courses before I can no longer golf.
Myself about Golf ...
Personally, Golf is a game of Self(s) and Individuality where It promotes Self-awareness, maintains Self-Focus, endures Self-Discipline, rewards Self-Determination, and ultimately builds and elevates Self-Esteems and Self-Confidence. I am considering myself as a casual golfer on the outside - but really a serious golfer from within. The funs and joys in Golf can only be found when it is played without any tensions, pressures, and forces. The best golf shot is hit with a full and confident swing with no obstructions from doubts or any second guesses or thoughts. Just as Life, rewards can indeed be earned from well-planned and prepared risks, whrereas It can really be great deals of pains and punishments for those who are careless, unprepared, and unplanned. I have always believed along with many of us that Golf is a mental game, until recently, perhaps as I played more golfs, I now believe that Golf is really played based on the mentality that was set before the 1st tee. Your Golf game should start when you are booking your tee time, not when you are arriving at your tee time...
