Played on saturday the 7th and was hoping for a quicker round than last week, but no way. Brutal front nine 3 hours plus. Really sucks waiting and waiting on every shot every tee box, back nine open... Continue »

Played on 1/31/15 and the course was in pretty good shape overall. The fairways were dormant, but they were still quite soft and had good lies just about all the time. Greens were nice, held shots a... Continue »

Never played this course until last week and I wanted to put my $0.02 to hopefully make it easier for newer players to enjoy their round there. 1. It took our cart 3 holes for the GPS to work. How about placing yardage markers on the first, say 5 holes, to ensure you don't have to constantly lo...

This can be a difficult finishing hole. The best approach is from the right side of fairway, but be careful not to push it into the trees. Left side is a safer T shot, but then you might have to shoot over water to get to pin. Water is "In play" for longer hitters on left. Green has slight ridge running diagonal from water to opposite side. This can be used if pin is in back left. If in front go for it. Bunkers front left, front right and right rear along with grass knolls & hollows.

My personal favorite hole on the course. First timers are often confused on where the fairway is?? If you look out in the distance you can see a sand trap with a big grass mound behind. The grass mound has two humps like a camels back. My aim is to split the camels back. There is a very large landing zone to the right of the bunkers that will leave about 130-145 yrd. shot in. There is little to no room on the left of those bunkers. The green has some big breaks. There is ridge/ tier on the right front side that ends quickly and slope towards the opposite left corner. Most puts break to the corner. If pin is in front or back right I will often shoot for that right front corner and let the ball run down to the hole.
