Played course for the first time 11/17, and there won't be a second time. Fairways were often brown and barren, greens were very, very slow and pretty bumpy, and pace was quite slow at over 5 hours. We did see the marshall out a couple times but he didn't seem to care about the pace, but was annoyingly diligent to remind one of the members of our group to keep his shirt tucked in (he was dressed well and wore it tucked, but it would gradually work part way out from swinging).

The layout is uninspiring and pretty broken up, with houses everywhere - on one tee box the house is so close that you almost hit the front of it with your backswing! This really should be thought of as a kind of crappy muni that happens to have members who pay to also use the pool and tennis court. Much better choices in the area for better deals.
