Got a hot deal on Golfnow for $24 with cart for a 7:08 time this morning. This is the first time I have played here and drove over an hour because of this discounted rate. Played as a 3 ball behind a ... Continue »

Played on may 31st afternoon. 2nd round of the day. One of my favorite courses. Fairways, tee boxes are immaculate. Can't comment on the bunkers since I wasn't in one that day. Not a big fan of the g... Continue »

Another Sunday, more moto... Just a little. You could hear them along the southwest side of the course, holes 3, 14, and 15. They must have been on smaller bikes with mufflers. Not too loud at all.

Played Sunday, No Motocross noises. I have seen them there in the past but did not know there was some kind of staging area there? This is the kind of thing that can ruin an otherwise great golf course. Maybe some metal spikes in the sand will take care of it, Lol. Hopefully the course will take car...

Short, dog leg right par 4 with OB right that comes into play on both the tee & approach shots. Position off the tee is more vital than length, many players may desire a long iron or utility wood to get the ball in the left center of the fairway. This will allow the best angle into the green for most pin locations. Off the tee, if you get too far right, you can be completely blocked by the trees &/or have a blind approach shot over the out of bounds area. On your approach shot, do not go left or long or your ball will be in knee deep brush, almost certaintly lost or at least unplayable. The green has a huge crest in the middle that seemingly almost seperates the green into two different sides and makes putts from the other side very hard to judge. Keep it in play and get it on the right side of the green and this hole isn't as tough as most holes on the back.

Medium length Par 4 where the prevailing wind almost always blows across the hole from right to left. Left of the fairway is OB, the driving range, so my first comment is to aim farther right than you think you may need to be safe from the wind and hardpan taking your ball OB. There are two large trees on the right side of the fairway, that is good aim point for me because of the wind. Should you go even EXTREMELY right, you are still in play in #18 fairway, it's just a much longer 2nd shot. The green crests in the middle and falls off to the back right and the front. It's longer from front to back than it appears from the fairway, so club selection is vital to avoid 3 putting. The crest in the green is steeper than you may realize on first glance, and putts going over the crest usually pick up speed and often end up long, by the hole. There are grass bunker collection areas around the green that can make chips delicate if you short side yourself.
