The winter rainy spell has been good! The course was in great shape. My first time here; it was intimidating at first due to the length and fairly narrow fairways. Once you decide not to be greedy and take what the course will give you, you can score well. My back nine was 10 strokes better than my front! Very beautiful course, like walking in a park. Definitely worth the fee, but bring a strong, straight game.

This course is immaculate. It's long if you play from the blue tees, but is fair. The only problem today was the pace of play. It took 5.5 hours to play.

I feel like im playing a private club back east somewhere(minus the smog in the summer).Although i do admit, there is not much let up in either of these courses. The babe is much more challenging off the tee. The ike is just brutal long! I feel the course rewards good shots and kills you if you hit bad ones......score well here,you will score well anywere.As for cart path ONLY till spring......kinda sucks but the way i look at it ......get some exercise!!!!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL COURSE. VERY WELL MAINTAINED. THEY CARE. NOW TO THE GOLF. THE TEE BOXES WERE A LITTLE SOFT AND WORN, THE FAIRWAYS ARE NEARLY PERFECT. ROUGHS ARE LONG, GOOD TO GET OUT FROM. THE SAND TRAP HAS GOOD QUALITY SAND AND GOOD TEXTURE. GREENS ARE FAIR BUT ALITTLE TRICK TO PLAY. YOU MUST BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR WHEN YOU LINE UP YOUR SHOT. THE SLOPES ARE TRICKY AND THE BALL CAN RUN ON YOU IF YOU TAP IT A LITTLE TOO FIRM. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE "CART PATH ONLY". BECAUSE IT CAN BE A LONG WALK TO YOUR NEXT SHOT, AND DELAY THE PACE. BUT TODAY THE PACE WAS VERY GOOD UNDER 4 1/2. OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO PLAY WORTH A CHALLANGE. "I'LL BE BACK"

This is a wonderful track, that needs a little more TLC to be worth the $$$$, and if the Funicular is not running, price should be reduced. An outstanding place to play when the upkeep meets the required level to match the quantity of play. Bring your "A" Game!

A difficult course that plays very long due to both length and soft fairways and lush grass. Played 12/21/03, and conditions were very good, except for a couple of the small tee boxes on par-3s being somewhat torn up. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Traps looked good, but the sand in some of them was pretty shallow. Green fees not that different from other high-end courses on the weekend. Only major complaint is the ongoing paths-only policy, apparently never to be rescinded. I’ve vowed before not to come back, but after a few years I forget, then renew the vow.

The course is in decent shape but not worth the money. Our group found a club and turned it in but we also lost a club. Upon calling to see if someone had turned the club in we were told that "no clubs were turned in". Even after explaining that we turned in a club the response was the same... "no clubs were turned in". Seem kind of fishy. Overall the course is not like it use to be but that's my opinion. There are better courses for the less money.

Played Industry Hills Golf Club (Eisenhower) today and the playing condition were great. I didn’t notice too many of the bare/thin area mentioned below. Looks like the overseeding really paid off. The greens were in wonderful condition as was the rest of the course. Word to the wise, bring your “A” game! This course is not for the beginner.
