Played 8/16 around noon for $29 bucks. Such a steal for this course. Although it was a good 105 deg. I still had a blast. Finished in 3 hours. Course is in good shape. except the 1st hole. Fairway was all jacked up.
Greens were ok. not fast not slow. I've never putted well on bermuda so I couldn't make putts all day. I only saw one guy working the entire place but he was very friendly. It's near Fantasy Springs Casino so good place to gamble and play great golf course for cheap.

Played 6/12/08. Course is in great condition. Greens are touch to read the subtile breaks, but role true. Many challenging holes, but not overly difficult. I will definitely play this course again.

Very enjoyable round on a course in superb condition. Fairways wide but desert awaits for errant shots. Hardest holes are three short par 4s. Difficult to pick landing areas and very difficult approach shots. Only criticism is two short par 3s (<120 yards) from white tees. I hate hitting wedges from the teebox.

The course was in fantastic condition, but the winds were a constant 30mph with gusts to maybe 45mph. Makes for a very tough scoring day. Hard to judge the playablity of the course under these conditions, but despite the winds and slow play, it was a pleasant day.

Played April 30/08. Nice layout, some fairways were burnt and some of the bunkers were unplayable because of over watering. Loved the course and would definetly play again.

The current conditions at Terra Lago North at this time is immaculate with some exceptions on a few holes with chemical burn in midle of fairways. Played here Sunday, 04/20/08. Wind was up to 30 mph. But even without the wind, this Pete Dye course set up has many and significant elevation changes and is also a very challenging course and IS not meant for a C and D players. Players who may be strugling a bit with their current games will find some brutal experiences. A MUST to bring an "A" game on a course like this.

played with a buddy of mine.....drove up from san diego. greens tough and fast. definately different type of approach and green game you have to play from san diego greens. loved the layout, price, and weather..... well its palm springs, if you start around noon, then you asked for it. fairway bunkers around 210-240 yards. big hitters course.
staff was ok.....just ok.....
played north one day, then north and south the next. both challenging. would definately play again.

played the course this past fathers day and it was in amazing shape...the greens were a little infected but still had a true roll and break to them .....it was probably because they were about to air raided. ..its a tight and tough course....would definatly be back to play this course again

Fees are dropping because the season is coming to an end. Get out and play before it gets too hot. Course is pristine. Greens are rock hard and lightning fast and solid true. Stay away if you are a 10+ hndcp. this course will bring you to your knees and slap you on your ass. Leave it to the guys that know how to hit the long ball. Love the course.

Played the course twice in a 4 day period. Awesome track. The greens were the fastest and firmest greens I had ever played. With the added wind playing in the afternoon, was very tough, almost on the edge of unplayable. One of the best in the Palm Springs area. Will be on the must play list.

Greens are true as they can be, but a little slow. Overall course is in perfect shape and very enjoyable to play. North is not as difficult as the south.

Very nice, played Monday 1/8,, 4 hr round, early tee time,, I play here in the summer, not as good shape as now. Everything green, fairways and rough and tee boxes in great shape. Greens are fast and tough to read. A little pricy but worth it. Bring your A game.

Played the North front 9 and the South front 9 on 11/11/06. Had 6:30am tee-time - second group out and played in under four hours. Really enjoyed the course scenery...the elevation changes, the railroad car bridges over the canal, the tall date palms. Course had overseeded about 2 months previous thus we could drive on the course without restriction. Course was immaculate - fairways short, rough a couple inches long, greens in fantastic shape - fairly large, and fairly quick. Lots of large sand traps surround most greens, and dot many fairway landing areas. Overall a fun round on a very nice course. Carts had GPS and the pro shop was very well stocked - lots of great merchandise at fair prices. A mature, friendly, and professional woman checked us in, collected our money, and got us on our way - a pleasant change from the stuffy ladies at PGA West. Clubhouse had a large resturant & bar & buffet. My most memorable hole had a canal running up the right side from tee to green... I faded my tee-shot into the canal, hit my approach just right of the green and bounced into the canal, and wound up with a seven. My buddy drove the fairway, then bounced his approach off the bank of the canal onto the green and two-putted for a par. That hole cost me a nassau and my buddy continues to be the luckiest golfer I know! Tera Lago is a good test with great service and would make a great day of 36 holes for anyone visiting the desert.

Played 7/4/06 7:15 am.... last minute decision to play, wanted to play Silverock, but no time avail. Called Terra Lago and they said "c'mon down". First time here, excellent course. Paid 35.00 (great price) as ususal for summer there was limited services, but thats why we pay 35.00, no worries here!! Played w/ a father/son twosome from Scotland. Great guys, even better golfers. Course was in excellent shape. Greens where a litter thin and slow, again, summer usuals... Get out there and save some money... SilverRock is only charging 45.00..

The golf course was in immaculate shape. The greens were perfect, the tee boxes were perfect, and the fairways were great. This is definitely the best course I have played in Palm Springs. I can't wait til I can go play there again.

'Played it on 06-20-06. Both the front of north and south course were closed. Playing the two back nines. Greens were in good condition and rolled smooth but in the slow side. 'Played it well, but, too much undulations on the green that makes it show good in pictures but not my cup a tea. Too much bunkering, though it looks nice. There are generous landing areas in many of the holes.

Both front nines are closed, you play the back nines as one course, which is still a great course!! Greens are in great shape, especially for the summer time. Highly recommend!!!

Played Oct 21/05.

Really liked the course. Good variety of holes and excellent greens. Played the back tees and didn't find the course overly long but a good test of golf.

Payed $40 after 2pm and played until dark.

Worth checking out and I look forward to playing there again soon!

Course just getting back from overseeding. Was Cart Path only today. New GPS systems not installed yet but yardage books are avaiable and worth the time to check out each hole before playing. They can take a lot of the mystery out of the maze of bunkers

A little wet in a couple of the fairways but generally in beautiful condition. Very playable with lots of tee choices. Keep it in the short stuff and you will be fine.

They are in the process of changing the name from Landmark so the old logo'd items are on sale for some great prices. All in all a really fun weekend get away.

Nice place to spend the day. Great desert conditions. There seemed to be two types of grass on the greens, one kinda fuzzy the other like a fine blue grass. Puts fine but looks funny. Only worth the drive if you are getting a free round for your birthday, or if your in the area already. Pace was very long for a sunday it was close to 5 plus hours.

This course is holding up well for the seasonal transition of rye to burmuda. The T-pod system is a great game tracking tool inclued in the daily fee. T-pod did not add much time to the round maybe 6 min for the whole day. The course was wonderful and the staff was even better.

Warning, choose the right tees. This is a difficult track! Steep contours and extremely hard greens make it difficult to stop the ball much less get it close to the hole. Course conditions are excellent w/ exception of sand quality. Pace of play was very slow, teed off at 1:30, finished at 6:55pm (tee times should be spaced out to 10 minutes).
