SURVEYOR REPORT Surveyor Report: 6/19/2004
Upland Hills Country club is a golf course nestled in a planned community. The course is crammed into the housing project. It almost seems to have been added after the houses were up. Almost every hole has houses on it, which means tight fairways and lot of O.B.

With only 2 Par 4's over 400 yards and two par 5's which one is over 500 yards, the course plays to a short length of 5902 yards from the tips. Many of the holes have water hazards and sand traps to make this short course more interesting. If you can hit the ball straight you should score very well on this little course.

The conditions of the course were some of the best I have played in the area. The greens were smooth and about a medium pace. The fairways were great, no bad lies should be had in the short grass. Over all the course was in great shape but the lack of yardage really hurts this course for the lower handicap player. If you enjoy good conditions and are just out there to play golf this is the course for you.
