First time playing South, played North once. Meant to play North but I would have had to wait and it was hot so I chose to play South. I had heard it was a push over and not as interesting as the North. It was a bit flat and featureless but I found it to be a decent challenge and fun enough. Tees: Mostly level a bit chewed up in spots but playable Fairways: mostly pretty nice with some dry areas, mostly, on the edges Rough: minimal Bunkers: all looked well maintained, firm brown surfaces with just a bit of a softer layer, playable Greens: receptive, small, smooth with a few ball marks (I fixed a goo share of them) but slow POP: a touch over 3.5 hrs, would have been quicker if not for the slow twosome in a cart I had to wait on all day, I was walking Customer service: saw a snack cart a couple times and a marshall with water which was nice Recommendation: $26 for an easy walk on a course with enough length, especially with wind involved, a bit of variation, nothing spectacular just standard straight forward muni golf, with enough challenge for a little practice (a few forced carries) to hold ones interest. Next I guess I need to try the restaurant.
