Played 10/30. Tee to green the course is in very good condition, tee boxes and fairways are lush and the rough is penalizing without being ridiculous. The greens however, are very average. They were bumpy, slow and cut inconsistently. The course is very scenic and I would def. recommend it when the greens are in better shape.

Played here on Oct 4th. Course was absolute dog crap. The greens were so bad putting was a joke. For $100 I should have stayed in the hotel and spent my money on Keno. Will never play here again. Ever.

Angel Park courses are overrated. Overpriced for what it is. The location is why everyone goes there and it's average at best. They rush your play on this course and you don't have time to enjoy this course. I call this the Costco of LV golf courses because everyone goes here and it's a absolute mad house.

Played here on a beautiful afternoon. Course just came out of overseeding so it was in rough shape but to be expected. Greens were bumpy and some bare spots in fairway nice enough layout with nice views. There are better options in the area I believe.

It looks like the most recent review was in September, right after overseeding. As with all courses in this region, conditions out of overseeding typically aren't optimal (greens are slower, course is wetter, turf is thin). Therefore, we would like to welcome any of you on Greenskeeper.org to post a more recent review of the Mountain Course at Angel Park, as we are confident that current reviews of the conditions will be notably better than the overseeding postings.

Also, if you haven't played Angel Park Golf Club in a while or their sister course, The Legacy Golf Club, you should be pleasantly surprised by the results of a renovation project designed to remove turf from the out of play areas, decrease water consumption and give the golf courses a "new look"...ie they now have a presentation like a modern golf course redesign. So if you haven't played them in a while, check them out (you can book on-line at www.angelpark.com or www.thelegacygc.com) and post your review on www.greenskeeper.org

See you in Vegas.

Played in the late afternoon on 9/27/07 on a mild cloudy day with only light breezes. Course condition was disappointing – they came out of their aerification/overseeding about two weeks ago, but the condition of the greens is still poor, many with scattered bare spots, greens soft and sandy. Inconsistent speed on the greens through the course. Many fairways still in poor condition. Bunker conditions not very good. Good pace – ~3.5 hr as we finished in total darkness. Give this course a few more weeks before you try it.

Played in a Hotel Industy tourney today 11-15. Course is in good shape. Greens in generally good shape. Some tee boxes need to be leveled. Pace was excellent. Inconsistent hospitality. Noise on back nine due to the building of condos.

played sat 9/23, recovering from overseed nicily. greens are still a little long and slow. first off the bat, played in just over 3 hrs. keep it out of the rough if you want t find your ball on many holes, just one more challange to meet. call this my "home" course. fun and challanging for all skill levels.

Course was in real good condition and really didn't show any effects from recent aeration. The design is very much a "resort" type which allows for some degree of wildness and doesn't penalize the player that might come up short but straight on their approaches (meaning very few forced carries to the greens). Facility has it all - two regulation 18-hole courses, a 9-hole par three course and a natural grass "miniature" putting course, not to mention a complete practice facility. Staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish.

The golf course was a perfect fit for my eye! The greens were a bit grainy, but very firm! If you are a right handed player and hit a draw you will absolutely love this course!!!!! Great desert, waste areas, water and topography! We had 5 groups so we got a deal, normal green fees are over $100, don't know if I would pay that to play? Great course, off the strip in summerland. If you win some $$$ go play here!

Played on 9/5/05 (Labor Day). Many greens are in very rough shape, some with more sanded patches than grass. Hopefully will recover after overseeding. Still a fun course, though.
