I've owned an S2H2 Big Bertha staff bag for several years (8 - 10??) and the tongues on the zippers started to break off recently making it difficult to get into the pockets. I figured it was time to get the tongues replaced, or spend three bills to get a new bag. I contacted Callaway repair in Carlsbad, CA and asked to send the bag in for repair. The customer service rep on the phone informed that they couldn't fix the zipper tongues, but they would REPLACE the bag ... FOR FREE!! I was dumbfounded!! Two weeks later the bag arrived and I was really impressed to see all the features. Easier to cart around then it would appear, with a nicely molded handle and a bottom assist strap, nine pockets in all including dual water bottle pockets, a large zippered valuables pocket, a hidden umbrella well, and a very cool magnetic flip down pocket for my hitters. A lined top cuff and hood keeps the clubs looking nice. It would have been a value if I would have had to pay full retail, but God Bless Callaway and their unbeatable customer service!!
