Absolutely THE MOST BEAUTIFUL course I've ever played....but it was VERY challenging. Staff was friendly, golf carts had ice chest and bottles of water were provided. TOUGH course!! Tee boxes were nice and flat; fairways, greens, and bunkers amazing! Lots of walking and hiking up and down from tee boxes and greens. Lots of blind shots. Gorgeous views though!! Pace of play was a bit slow, was a 5+ hour round for us. I would say a must play at least once. Lots of undulation EVERYWHERE. Go for the views!

Played here for the first time and was impressed. Staff were friendly from the bag drop to the pro shop to the starter and cart girl. They give you waters on the cart, great GPS's which gives you distance to the pin and also measures your distance. Also included is a ball and club cleaner. We started our round on the back 9. Nice pace of play. Course is in pretty nice condition for winter conditions. Bunkers were nice and sandy, some tee boxes were lush and fairways were rolling. Greens were nice with no divots. Saw the cart girl a few times, food at the snack shop is yummy!!

Played my birthday round of golf yesterday. When the BF called to make the tee time, the pro shop said that all birthday rounds needed to begin at 1pm. Guess that was fine, but there is nothing on their website or the birthday coupon that said birthday rounds needed to start at 1pm. It was HOT, but the good thing about playing later in the day is that it wasn't so humid. So this course definitely is going through summer conditions. The rough was actually much greener than the fairways. Tee boxes were thin, but nice and level. No divots in the fairways, not much green grass, but lots of dry, brown grass, but the ball rolled nicely down the fairways. Greens were nice, not much divot marks, a few holes had diseased greens, but the ball still rolled nicely. Bunkers were a mix: some had sand, some had really hard packed dirt, and quite a few were growing nurseries in them. Some of the rakes were broken and was interesting trying to rake myself out. Staff was friendly as always. Saw the Marshall a few times, he helped looked for the BF's ball, LOL!! Great pace of play in the afternoon in just under 3.5 hours. They do provide ice cold water just about every 4 holes. An ice chest is provided on the carts, but you need to ask for ice.

Out here on our annual golf vacation to Arizona. This was the first course on our playlist. Played this course several years ago and have wanted to come back. Tee time was at 7:40am to hopefully beat some of the heat. Finished in just under 4:20. All staff were exceptionally nice! At tee #1, got a nice and cold towel to use when it got hotter. Did not have to wait at all on any of the holes. Tee boxes nice and green and flat. Fairways were as green as can be with only new divots. They don't give you sand mix but the maintenance crew fills all divots daily. Real nice touch. Greens were fast and smooth and were immaculate. Nice and cold drinking water just about every third hole. A very pretty course with lots of chollas and saguaros. One of my favorites in AZ.

Played yesterday. We were able to go out a little bit earlier and finished the round in just about 4 hours! The pro shop is a little confusing to get to. There is a bag drop/shuttle stop in the parking lot. We waited there for about 15 minutes, called the pro shop since no one was there, so just ended up walking/carrying our bags and had to ask several people where the pro shop is (located just behind the main pool area!). Luckily we were able to catch the shuttle back to the car at the end of the round. Actual greens on the course were much faster than the practice greens. Tee boxes were nice and level, fairways were nice and rolling. Everything was nice and green!! Great winter conditions :) The bunkers weren't great. Maybe because of the rains last weekend, but the bunkers seemed to have wet sand underneath and was kind of hard, not the usual fluff. The cart girl came around a few times. We eventually caught up to the 4-some ahead of us on the back 9, but never had to wait long. Ice chest with ice on the carts, but no GPS. They also provided cups as well, as some holes had ice cold water available. Great course, but then again, I tend to like the courses out in the desert much more than the ones near us!

Granted these are winter conditions........

Customer service is impeccable, everyone friendly and super nice. Starter let us out a few minutes earlier and we were paired with a super nice couple. Pace of play was great, finished in under 4.5 hours. Tee boxes were level and sometimes lush sometimes thin, depending on the hole. Fairways were thin and bare and provided tight lies, but again, winter conditions. The rough was the best to play out from! The contrast of the colors on the course made it look beautiful. Some sand traps were great, the few that I were in, not so great. Greens were running fast and there was 1 hole on the back 9 that was full of dead/bare spots, other than that 1 hole, greens were great and not a lot of ball marks. Don't think there was a cart girl as we never saw one. Water was provided on several holes. Definitely a place to play in the late spring/summertime to see the course at its best (when the fairways are fully grown in).

I think I have found another favorite course in the Palm Springs area. Course is beautiful with wonderful views and is just picturesque. They give you a pager at check in so we went to the range and putting green and didn't have any worries. Range is fully stocked and putting green is true to the greens on the course. We teed off on time and didn't wait on any hole. We played in under 4.5 hours. Pace of play has never been a problem here. Greens are in perfect condition, a few ball marks here and there but nothing major. Tee boxes were nice and level with little to no divots. Fairways were fantastic and sand was perfect as well. I don't think there is a single issue with this course. It's definitely women friendly as I played quite well and there were lots of other women playing as well. This is definitely one of our "must play" courses in the area.

Played here for the first time. We used a GK coupon! Ended up playing the creek 9 and the oaks 9. The guys in the pro shop were super cool and friendly. All the staff including the cart girl were nice and friendly. Pace of play was between 4-4.5 hours, a nice time! The starter let the 2 of us out a little bit earlier. Course was pretty backed up on the front 9 but clear after we made the turn. Greens were fast and smooth. A few divot marks here and there. Tee boxes needed some leveling and were very soft. A lot of divots on the tee boxes. Edges of cart path were muddy, hard to get in and out of the cart without stepping in mud. Fairways were nice with few divot marks. Saw the cart girl a few times. A nice resort course.

Played here today and was absolutely impressed. Staff were friendly. Tee boxes were flat and level and lush. Fairways were in great condition and greens were smooth and very green. Only saw the cart girl one time on hole 3. We finished in just under 4.5 hours. There are TONS of Palm trees but the course was absolutely beautiful. Great water features that came into play on a few holes. The weather today was windy but manageable. We played the north and the west course. The holes with the wash were a bit challenging. Sand bunkers were nice and fluffy. Quite a few footprints though. Drinking fountains on quite a bit of the holes. Course was full today but didn't have to wait much.

The BF dragged me out here on Christmas Day. There were just a few of us on the course. We started the back 9 first (glad to get the hardest holes out of the way first!) and then did the front 9. Pace of play has never been an issue here. We finished today just under 3.5 hours and we were taking our time. Didn't see anyone ahead of us or behind us. Not a green spot on the course except for the greens. Fairways and tee boxes were dry and dormant. Tee boxes were level but not a green spot of grass on them. Fairways were dead as well, no green grass and most of the time was hard pan, but golf balls roll on the fairways. Lots of "just dirt" areas in the fairways. Greens were green, some divot marks though. I was in a few bunkers and they were hard pan as well, not much sand in them and the bunkers that I was in had quite a few rocks in them. Service is great as always, staff was very friendly. I am not a fan of this course but I do end up getting dragged here on occasion and still do not like it.

Played yesterday with kviser, sixpez and acesfull (who I always golf with!). Staff was very friendly. We checked in with no problems and went right out, a few minutes earlier as scheduled. We didn't catch up to anyone except on that first par 5, go figure!! Pace of play is slow. We saw the cart girl quite a few times early on and that was it. Marshall was around and checked in a few times. Greens didn't have as many divot marks as I thought, from reading past reviews, but we still fixed our share of them. The greens were more bumpy than smooth. Tee boxes were a little bit too lush for me. Fairways had divots that no one seemed to fill. The rough seemed to eat golf balls whenever you landed there, so it was a little difficult to find your golf ball. Bunkers were nice, had sand in them and plenty of footprints! Yesterday's pin placement was in challenging locations. Overall, narrow fairways with some carries that if you like target golf, this may be the place for you.

Our second round of Thanksgiving golf was here. Customer service and staff were friendly. Saw the Marshall and cart girl on many holes. Tee boxes were perfect, fairways had divot marks that were never filled. Greens were fast and firm with no ball marks. Sand was nice. They were running about a 12. They have small GPS up in the corner of the cart that only had the basics- front, middle and back. Pin position was at 5, tough location. We had one of the last tee times again. Barely finished. It gets cold once that sun goes down. We had breakfast beforehand at the clubhouse. Fantastic food. A very beautiful course with no homes. Each hole presents it's own challenges.
