Played on Friday after Thanksgiving.Had a 8:24 tee time for a twosome but my playing partner was a bit late, like an hour late. Knowing its a busy day to golf the guys in the shop were really accommodating to make sure we went off after he showed up. Now on to the course, pretty fair winter conditions for the fairways and rough, but the high point of this course were the greens. Top conditions that rolled true and extremely fast, I have no knowledge to compare to the stimp meter but they are FAST.Its just nice to play a course that's visually attractive.Kind of a weird description but it is.Oak Valley is definitely in my course rotation.

All I can say is "'WOW" let me repeat that "WOW". Played on Saturday the 18th to a 78 deg blue sky day. Even though I rate this as my number 2 in conditions , under the Classic Club in December. Its #1 in WOW factor to the visual layout of each hole.I have never just stood at a tee box to fully take in the awe that most of the holes provide. And the tee boxes were absolutely perfect. A lot of undulation to the greens that made for a tough time putting for me, very forgiving fairways and the best sand in bunkers that I can remember.I am doing everything I can to make the GK outing in January.

Played 10/29/18 at 7:00 am what can I say but its always nice to come back and play here.Very lush and green, greens were a bit soft which made for a bouncy putt with foot prints, tee boxes could use a cutting ,pace of play was at 4 hrs .Its just a fun course to play.An added bonus was a SCGA junior tournament had just started and were in awe on how these kids drive the ball.

Played on May 30th. Great condition through out ,Outstanding customer service, BUT, I don't think I want to play there again because of the roller coaster greens.I never hit so many greens that the ball rolled off in all directions and 3 putts were something to look forward to.Again the service and staff were awesome.

Played on Wed. the 24th at 4:00. Still a nice layout with pretty good conditions. Tee boxes flat not chewed up for a par 3 course. Greens looked slow but were fast and true. The main reason I went was because of the free golf for juniors under 16 with a payed adult. So I took the neighbor kid who just started playing and had a great time. Will be playing once a week there for sure

Played on friday mourning the 29 th to the start of the guys golf trip to Havasu. This was the best condition Cimarron has been since I started to play there in that last 11 years. A must play before the heat comes in

Saturday 28th 6:23 tee time.Played a few weeks earlier and was plush but that heatwave we went through did a little damage. I'd say 15 to 20 % of each hole had been burnt but very playable. The greens were perfect running medium fast .The service there is absolutely the best from drive up to leaving.Case in point, we decided to do a replay since its only 9:45 and noticed a pretty good back up on the first tee,we let the starter know were going to the grill for breakfast , half way through the meal he let us know if we could hurry cause of a large group of "partying types" were ready to tee off,so we boxed up our lunch and off we go.A very much thank you cause as we are headed to the 3rd hole they hadn't finished the first. We'll be back.

Played on Sunday the 27th, condition are fair to good with the greens being very good.Stared at 6:45 and they were lighting fast and by the time we started our 3rd round of the day it was blinding fast. Fun and interesting layout with a great staff. And they do have the best breakfast burritos around.

Played Thursday after work, condition are great, fairways pretty lush and super to hit off off.Rough was a mixed bag, thin to clumps of grass but it is the rough and I had a good day and didn t see much of it.Greens have healed nicely and were medium fast. And no fault to the course but whats up with people not fixing divots on the greens,I was fixing 4 to 5 per green and left many more cause my back was killing me,oh well it seems to be same old cry.I ll be playin as much as I can before the summer burn comes.

First and for most Maggie, running the front desk was the most pleasant, nicest, happiest , informative lady to ever run a golf shop, ever. Now on to the course, our first time playing there on Sunday the 6th and knowing it was just punched and sanded on Monday. Its that time of the year to deal with a couple of weeks of punched greens but my buddy and I we re in disbelief on how much sand there was,no green just sand on a majority of the greens.Oh well , it still was a interesting layout and wide open,I ll be back in a few weeks.

Pretty good conditions all around, dormant rough and green fairways that were thin to lush.Greens were painfully slow and a bit bumpy but we did tee off at 3:00 pm.The staff like always treat you good there.

First time playing this course and just loved the layout. The conditions overall were a 7 to 8. Pace of play, well here it goes, teamed up with another 2some from the O.C. and was discussing how we enjoyed better conditions, price and the pace of play the I.E offers. That was the jinks,5hr and 45min round that day,WOW it was painful. On a note, I' ve never seen a course so pro active in moving along the trouble spots, one was the first par 3 that was stacked up 4 groups deep and got it moving and even went to the clubhouse to get our group some coors light cause the cart girl was on the back 9. Nice. Long day but nice time. Into the rotation.
