Nice track but not sure it is worthy of such high ratings. Norman course is best of bunch. Kind of bad restaurants closes so early. wanted food after round and they rushed me out like a drunk in a... Continue »

The greens are really firm and fast. The pin placement along with the speed made the course really tough.

Far better than the Dunes, the Mountain had faster, smoother greens. No real complaints - there was even a cart girl in the late afternoon. The course was empty, but the thing that really surprised ... Continue »

Played 12/3/06 . . . the course did not quite live up to the hype as being the most scenic and dramatic course in CA, but it almost did! With expectations so high it's tough to judge accurately, but ... Continue »

Course has some really nice holes with spectacular scenario. The condition was not as good as I expected, with some barren areas in a few fairways and very dried out greens. I found the two courses ... Continue »

I hate desert golf (no trees, ocean). But this course is in my top 5 in California. I just love the layout and the views. Expensive but worth it.

Other than incredibly SLOW greens, course in very good condition. They need some time to speed up and I would wait before playing here for about amonth.
