I have played golf for close to 20 years on and off. I have only been a regular weekend player for about 5 of those years. I took 5 years off from playing due to a back injury and have recently started to play on a regular basis again in the last 9 months. I am now trying to get out and play every weekend to get back to having a smooth consistent swing.
