Some of my old accomplishments while playing scratch most all the years from the mid 1980's to 1999 include being the Lakewood GC Club Chammpion several times and Candlewood CC Club Champion as well as winning the "Club Champion of Champions" Championship in Dec. 1998 at the age of 57. I was a team member of the 1999 Olds Scramble Regional winners and a trip to the Florida finals and I was a team member of our Skylinks GC PLGA Team Champions in 2000. Recently, 8/24/11, in the Candlewood Pro-Am at the age of 69 and 11 months I had 7 birdies and shot 70 just missing shooting my age (smile).
