I'm a writer and editor who started playing golf when I was 12 years old. I competed seriously in high school and on the junior circuit. I gave up playing in my twenties but have since found a renewed interest and passion for the game. In the last few months, I've been following advice from David Leadbetter's instructional videos and working with his drills on the range - all in an attempt to reconstruct my golf swing and to rid myself of bad swing habits from the past. After three months, it's starting to pay off. I'm starting to enjoy the game again and have become more competitive. I also enjoy putting a little friendly money on a nassau or skins game.
