Been playing golf for about 6 years now and love the "gemme." I bottomed out at a 10 index but have ballooned since then up to a 15. I'm working on getting that down and have promised myself a couple rounds at Pinehurst #2 when I get to an 8. Mostly I play at Meadowlark nowadays (post-home purchase destitution), but love to play at Empire Lakes, the East Valley courses in Beaumont, Oak Valley (though I wish it was walkable), and Rustic Canyon. The latter is a bit of a haul, though, so I need to figure out how to get the sticks onto my motorcycle to play there.

I don't have any regular playing partners here in SoCal, though I do play at an annual tournament up in Oregon/Washington and have been to tournaments in Wisconsin and Ohio as well. I also host a tournament here in SoCal over Superbowl weekend for some friends from out of state.
