First clubs @ 9 years old. Played every summer weekday from 12-15 years old. Sycamore Golf Course, Ft. Worth, Texas. Dropped game at 18 after joining Navy. Picked up again at 55 yo, playing in weekly company league. Play TopGolf in Dallas religiously on Saturdays and Sundays now. 400-600 balls per day. TopGolf handicap index = 7. Rarely play games anymore, but want to re-establish handicap index.
Two years ago, played at Glen Garden Country Club in Ft Worth with my father. It was wonderful playing same course on which Hogan, Nelson and Sandra Palmer learned the game and caddied. Same course on whic Nelson won his last tournament in 1945.
