I enjoy taking golf trips of about 5 days in duration, usually from the Monterey area to San Diego. But there is no limit. However, I prefer the coastal area during the summer because of the cooler weather. Very little advance notice or preparation required. On those trips, I usually play 36 per day. Also, as part of the travel I enjoy fine (but not fancy) dining. I prefer weekdays but will play anytime. Prefer mid-morning tee times (9:00 - 11:00). But, again, I am flexible.
