Golf is my favorite sport to play and practice. Growing up, it was always fun for me to go outside and hit balls around with my friends. I love how playing golf helps reduce anxiety and depression while giving you time to appreciate nature and spend quality time with family and friends. However, when I started working full-time, practicing became difficult due to work commitments and lack of spare time.
