Played here on the first weekend in June. Course ran a $58 special for AM tee times, which was excellent comparatively to other top Sacramento courses. Check in was excellent, pro shop had lots of golf gear and clothing. Note- If looking for a great meal, they are selling a Father's Day special, including two green fees good anytime plus two buckets of range balls for $79. I'd recommend picking this up if its in your regular rotation.
Course was busy, but well martialled. We finished in 4 hours 5 minutes with our 9AM tee time. Greens were in good shape but a little slower than we'd like. Fairways were firm and fast, looks like they were aerated a few weeks back. Tee boxes and sand traps were excellent.
Beverage cart was around often and the attendant was very friendly. All in all, my group quite enjoyed the day. We will definitely be returning, especially since the course looks like it is rounding in to Summer form.» Close

Played here on Memorial Day with GK user postmanami. Facility was packed as it was a holiday, and as well they had a clinic going on for their residents (it is inside a Del Web Community). Arrival was easy once we found a parking spot. Pro shop is well stocked and staff is friendly.
Course has a smaller grass driving range. Because of the resident clinic going on, we could not find a spot to take swings and warmup. This was disappointing. This was poor planning by a daily fee course. We went to the putting green instead, which is quite large and mimics the conditions we later found on the course itself.
The course itself is a nice experience. The front nine looks like a modern parkland setting, with some water hazards and traditional setup. The back nine is quite different, which winds through majestic oaks and requires precise shots. We found the conditions excellent. Nice tee boxes and fairways, plenty of sand in the bunkers, which is a rarity in the Sacramento area.
Although it was VERY busy being Memorial Day, the course was well martialled and we finished in 4 hours and 15 minutes. We found the beverage cart girl to super friendly and attentive, although because of how busy they were we only saw her twice all day. They might want to invest in a second service cart.
Overall, it was quite enjoyable and I will keep this in my rotation of courses.» Close
