Callaway RAZR Hawk Fairway Wood The Callaway RAZR Hawk Fairway Wood is uncompromised performance. The addition of Forged Composite in the crown allows the new RAZR Hawk Fairway Woods to perform like no other that Callaway has ever made. This revolutionary new material is used in the crown and is lighter and stronger than titanium. This allows Callaway s engineers to precisely control thickness like never, resulting in a clubhead that is lighter but still has an extremely high MOI. The lighter clubhead creates faster head speed, ball speed and greater distance without sacrificing forgiveness. The combination of distance, accuracy and feel has allowed Callaway to deliver the first uncompromised fairway wood. Additional Features: Aggressive VFT Technology: precision shaping of the face thickness in each club increases the size of the sweet spot and generates hotter ball speeds for longer distance Tour-Inspired Styling: each club has a stainless steel face and sole in a traditional shape with a full length hosel which appeals to a broad range of players Body and Face Construction: steel Crown Construction: composite Grip: Callaway Rubber Composition Shaft: RAZR Hawk Graphite

Razor 3 wood
Tuesday March 6, 2012
I bought this 3 wood along with the Razor driver to replace the CGB MAX woods I was using. I use Callaway X22 irons and like them so I thought why not try Callaway woods. Tried these clubs for 6 months and after many bad hits and rounds I traded them in this month. This club has a very small sweet spot and miss hits are really penilized. Even the ones that are hit well are lacking for distance compared to some of the other 3 woods out there. I would not recommend any of the Razor woods.

Callaway RAZR Hawk Fairway Wood
Monday April 11, 2011
I used to have TaylorMade burner 3 wood and constantly hit bad draw or hook. I also prefer light weight wood. So I tried Burner Superfast 2.0, Cobra S3, Cleveland wood, and Callaway RAZR. Out of the light weight woods I tried, this one sets up best as neutral set up unlike Burner. This wood is very consistent and forgiving. Now I rarely hit hook or bad draw. The sound could be little better, but if you are fighting a hook, this fairway wood is for you.
