I can't believe how much I like this ball.

I've played ProV's for years. Never thought any ball could come between me and my ProV's. I have a very strong/fast swing speed, yet the RX feels/performs fantastic. I'm thoroughly impressed with the durability of this ball. Just AWESOME.

Best Ball for me
Thursday May 31, 2012
I'm 55; swing speed 102; index 3.7. I have played the Pro V1x since it came out and was always told that the ProV's were never designed for swing speeds <105 and had my doubts. The 330RX has been amazing for me. I am a full iron longer with this ball than any other ball, and there is no doubt it's longer off the tee, but to gain a full club with my irons is pretty amazing. Also, it's more durable than the ProV's. My short irons used to rip the cover on the ProV's, but the Bridgestones hold up much better. I have lowered my index almost 3 points solely due to switching to this ball! :)

They're less money now.

Been using them because I was told they held the greens well. They do. Bridgestone has come out with an improved dimple within a dimple design so you can find these for a reduced price while they last. I found them at Dick's Sporting Goods for $29.97/dz.

In this case it's the arrow and not the indian

Tried this ball a few times and finally switched to it from a Pro V. I'm 56 years old and an 11hndcp, so I need all the help I can get. No cost savings, but the ball definately is longer off the tee and fairways. Almost a full club difference, with an addl 10-15 yds off the tee. With a slower swing, I have confidence I can get it out there with the big boys. Feels great and flys good. Not as much spin as the Pro V but very workable. Try it, you'll like it!

Bridgestone B330-RX

Tried this ball. It is as advertised. Longer off the Tee. Has a heavier "feel" to it. Really liked the way it handles when executing different shot shapes. Biggest draw back for me is the cost per box - a bit pricey. Would not want to lose too many balls and replace them at the current rate. But still very pleased trying it out.

Very good ball. Used Noodle+, and NXT before using the B330-RX. Now able to hit draws and fades much easier and stops much quicker on the greens. Increased my drives by nearly 20yds average. Really like this ball and best I've used in my 53 years of golfing. Hdc 7.2

Bridgestone B330-RX , A tour style ball for non tour players
Friday November 7, 2008
I have been playing this ball for about two months. I have dropped my handicap from a 12 to a 6 just by switching balls. I was playing the Srixon Z-URS(a good ball, similiar to pro-v 1) and switched after reading about the B330-RX. The ball is longer off the tee by about 10-20 yards, putts well and chips well. It is the best ball that I have found so far. I would highly reccomend this ball.

Bridgestone B330-RX Tour Quality Balls for the Rest of Us
Wednesday August 27, 2008
Someone finally made the Pro V1 for the rest of us–a tour quality ball that doesn't require a tour quality swing. While not officially available I was lucky to find that the local Roger Dunn had stocked up for the Labor Day weekend. I was too excited to leave this balls in the box. So, I had to take them out to play a quick 9. All I can say is "where have you been!" Why hasn't any OEM ever made a great feeling, great spinning ball that doesn't require a 100+ MPH swing!?

Distance
Compared to my two gold standards, Pro V1 and B330S, this ball is longer for my swing. I gained about 10 yards with this ball. The ball flew in a strong boring trajectory with a great roll out.

Feel
Feels like a B330S, but a little softer. I could feel the ball compress on the face of my TaylorMade Burner. So this is how a tour ball is supposed to feel. Off the irons they felt great. Off the putter they felt buttery soft like the Pro V1.

Spin
It doesn't spin as well as the Pro V1 but it was more than adequate by the greens. I think they spin just as well as the older three piece B330S or just about any other premium urethane covered ball. One hop and stops were not a problem with the wedges.

Bridgestone has finally made a ball that seems to have been made just for me. Their research has finally paid off with a ball that fits most amateur golfers. Now I can't blame for my inadequacies–this indian has found the perfect arrow.
