Played on the annual Thanksgiving shotgun for the 2nd year in a row. This time the weather was brutal so that explains the cancellation of most players. We should have just cancelled our spot too and just go relax in the casinos coz it was verrryyyy cold 20 degrees i heard. The starter was very cool about it, it was just that we are stupid enough to play. we were suppose to play the Sun Mountain course but i ask the starter if we could go out on the Wolf instead and he said no prob. Anyway playing this Thanksgiving Day was a mistake! it was so cold that you could not feel your hands anymore, I was so close to quitting by the 3rd hole but we were very hopeful that if the sun comes out it would be ok. WRONG!!!! So we hang in there , the course was very nice a lot of challenging holes specially when the wind is howling. Loved the island par 3 green the over all course condition was very good . we will definitely come play again next year if the weather is better. I would never ever try and play on that kind of weather again :(

Played Sat at 1 pm. First of all i got a 12:50 tee time on Green River so me and my bro went to Green River only to find out that they wanna charge us $52 because the email special is $26 after 1 . So i told the lady on the starter that we will just wait for 1 pm coz its only 10 mins but she said i have no opening at that time you might tee off a little before 2. But when i look at the 1st tee box its like there's 4 groups waiting. Who would wanna pay $52 and wait for every single shot and for sure not finish. I was very dissapointed and to think we have a tournament there next weekend and im not sure anymore if i even wanna play there. So we ran over to El Prado and and got out right away with no hassles for $28. Customer service was outstanding as usual. Course is pretty decent very fast pace finished in a little over 4 hrs. The wind started howling after the first hole and made the course very long and tough. Overall another great day at El Prado

Played 8/28 at 2pm for their super twi rate of $26 with cart for the first time since they combined the 2 courses. Heard that the condition is almost the same as GooseCreek i guess we were a little too late for that, anyway the Tee boxes were good, Fairways have a lot of dried spots already but it's still playable roughs are in good shape. Bunkers are pretty good Greens are good a little fast but that's what i like. The problem here is always the pace of play. But if you don't get too frustrated about it you will have an enjoyable day. The wind kicked in at the back 9 and everything became so much longer. I'll only come back on weekdays though hopefully the pace of play would be much faster

After getting emails from the course for free green fee and pay only cart for $20 we decided to give it a try. Played for first time on Wed. 8/11 at 2pm. Starter let us out as soon as we arrive so that's great. When we were standing on the first tee the fairway look more brown than green good thing it's brown grass not dirt so i guess it's a bit better. The tee boxes were good, Some bunkers are hard pan, roughs are not bad. Some greens have brown bad spots. But the layout is pretty good. Pace of play was pretty good until we caught up with the 4 some in front of us on the back 9 that made it a 5 hour round. Im not really excited to come back here anytime soon but my bro seems to like it.

played the 31st of July on a nice Saturday afternoon for the first time , Was sent out an hour earlier before our reservation, cool. The weather is perfect this day. The course generally is in good shape with a few brown spots on some fairways, tee boxes are good, greens are in good shape pin placement on this day is at the front which is hard, The bunkers are the killers out here very deep ones too, got in a handful of them and ive gotten out most of the time, some has nice sand in them some hard. course knowledge is really a plus in the Lagends course and i think me and my bro did ok. Good thing we have our gps coz a lot of elevation changes in here. We didnt see anybody on the course no waiting at all and we love it and the cartlady comes around often too. finished in 3 and a half hours, Over all another good day at the golf course will definitely come back for the same price of $50.

Played Yucaipa Valley for first time on Sat. 4/24/10 with a discounted rate 0f $ 39 with lunch cart with gps and range ball. Customer service was excellent. Can't beat this deal on a Saturday. Course was in excellent shape , tee boxes were good , fairways were good, Sand traps has real sand in them. Greens were perfect to my liking. Played it in a surprising 3 1/2 hours on a Saturday. We will be back here for sure, didn't mind the 39 miles drive at all . This is a hidden gem

Played Sat. 8/15 at 1 pm for $40. tee boxes are uneven, Fairways are pretty good Roughs are ok. The bunkers are hard as rock or dirt as my playing partner would call it. Greens are very bumpy. But still worth playing it fo $40. Pace was ok not too fast and not too slow. Still love this track no matter what. I Hope they fix those d%mn bumpy greens and hope they keep the $40 twilight rate.

Played for the first time in a tournament on 7/25. The course is in great shape and very challenging. You got to hit your drives in the right spot to avoid trouble. tee boxes were excellent, fairways are great, roughs and bunkers were very playable. The greens were very nice and rolled true. Their cart gps are the best ive ever seen so far, It tells you where exactly the guys in front of you are and even show the slopes on the greens. Got very close to making my 1st hole in one on the 10 grand prize hole. It would have been very sweet but it wasn't meant to be yet i guess. Shot a very decent round and loss by a stroke. Anyway it was a very fun and memorable day. Would like to come back soon

Played here 7/18 at twilight. Course was not that full i guess people thought it would be very hot. And we were lucky it wasn't that hot. So arrived about 15 mins. early for our tee-time and was surprise starter let us out right away, not only was she nice but hot too. Any way started right away with a 2 some in front of us that plays fast too so thats good. Course was in good condition. Nice doglegs, The only problem i have is i kept hitting in those sand which is as hard as concrete. Other than that it was a good day.

Played for the first time in our annual LV tournament 5/24. I was a bit dissapointed with the greens condition here after playing the Palm course the day before, they were fixing some of the greens and it was a lot slower than the Palm course. But the tee boxes fairways roughs and sand traps were ok. Pace of play was excellent. The weather was perfect for May in LV its in the high 70's. I just hope i shot better. Customer service was excellent from the time you arrive at the parking lot they take good care of you. They even stored our clubs overnight on Saturday so you dont have to worry about it on Sun. The 2 days was perfect. The only bad thing is i should have brought an extra club to hit from the rocks when i was missing the fairways and roughs, broke my 5 iron. Oh and the hot wings and nachos at the grill was very good.

Played for the first time in an annual tournament on 5/23. Course was in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent. Got there early to hit some balls and they gave us the carts so we dont have to walk around. The facility was top notch. The tee boxes were good, the fairways were good, the roughs and sands were pretty good. The greens were perfect a lot faster than the practice green that we practiced on so gave me a lot of trouble. Overall a good day.
