The course is in great shape, lush & green Greens rolled smoothly. They look fast but are actually quite slow due to the grain. Very good customer service. Fast paced at 3 & a half. Nice replay rate for $35.

If you're looking for inexpensive, non-resident golf in Las Vegas try this place. Booked on-line for $53 with cart & balls. Conditions & service very good. Bermuda greens are a putt like you're top of a bristle brush though. Fairly easy layout. It does get very windy there.

Great service & fairways. Greens are very bristly & slow. Tee boxes very lumpy. Kind of a quirkily course. For the price it was worth it. $39 & $25 replay. Beware of the $7 beers !!!

Played July 4th. A holiday rate of $53 with a cart. Not worth the cost. Greens rolled OK but somewhat inconsistent. Tee to green the course is what you'd expect from an L.A. city muni. Beat. The rough was brutal at easily over 6 inches in many areas. Snack bar closed, and why not? Both courses were packed & it is in the 90's. Who needs fluids?

The Destroyer is in generally good shape. Normal conditions. Greens rolling well. Fairways are decent. Nothing fancy, just a good muni.

Played 5/13. Greens & fairways in good shape. Sand quality in the bunkers have improved. Some tee boxes have been redone, some still are very un-level. Good pace.

Good place to work on your irons & short game. Short. Pretty scruffy in spots. Greens are as good as the Destroyer course. Sand traps pretty thin. The only lake on the course has become a mud hole.

The greens here are more than a bit bumpy. You can still see the effects of the aeration on them. There are some bare patches on them as well. Fairways pretty good. Decent sand in the cat boxes. Great pace at 3 1/2 hrs as a twosome.

Overall very decent shape. The greens were a bit soft from seemingly too much water, allowing footprints to remain. However they still putted very well. Fairways lush, pace 4.5 hrs. with a 7:30 shotgun start. Cheers.

Conditions are pretty good good here. The greens must have been top dressed recently. There are remnants of tiny little pebbles on every green, making a true roll problematic at times. A few greens have some sizable thin spots. Tee to green - not bad. Good pace.

I've played this place a few times. It's been pretty good & I like it. The starter said "The course is in great shape." I thought "Great." Well...no. Right now this place is beat up. Over watering has turned much of the course into a sloppy mess. The greens are saturated as well & showing footprints. I fixed a least 3 to 4 pitch marks on every putt line I had. There are massive Kikuya patches in many fairways. Lots of GUR. If you pay the $87 rack rate to play here you will be seriously disappointed. We had a deal & paid $29 and that's what it was worth today. You don't need that much water Black Gold.

Pleasantly surprised to find this place not busy. Finished in 4hrs, 15 min. Greens were in good shape, although 2 greens had some bare spots. Fairways were pretty decent. Some tee boxes are getting lumpy. Overall though, pretty good.
