Played 8/13 @ 1:00. Course is going down hill again after just giving it a decent review one week ago. Greens are bumpy & pretty slow. I just don't understand why courses try for a little while and then give up. Money is always the issue, right? Anywho, its golf & its cheap.

Played twilight on 8/12. Course is in pretty good shape. The City/Am is over w/ so the course conditions will probably start declining. Greens were pretty good for a Muni. Fairways were in decent shape. Tee boxes have never been that great nor will they be. Well worth the $17 I paid.

Played 8/8 @ 2:00. All I have to say is the course is playing hard, firm & fast. You must stay below the hole if you wish to score well. The rough is very thick in certain spots. I wish the course was in this good of condition all year long. Not one complaint here. Get out there and test your game!

Played 7/8 @ 1:00. Very winding on the first few holes. Greens were a little faster than the last time I played here. Payed $15 on GolfNow. It was worth it. I enjoyed the 4 1/2 hr. round.

Played twilight @ 2:14. Course is getting ready for the City/Am. Hole #2 was a temp because a pipe broke in the morning and flooded the real green. Anywho, course is in O.K. condition. Greens are a little better than last time I played. Rough is really thick in some spots. Tees are nothing to brag about. Just your average Muni conditions w/ an above average layout.

Played 7/31 @ 1:00. Pretty winding. Course is in pretty good shape. The greens are SLOW. I just hate putting on slow greens. Anywho, I didn't play bad but I didn't score well either. Fairways and tees in good shape. The clientel at RW includes a lot of HACKERS unfortunately. The only reason I played it was because it was free. Go else where to play a more challenging course. It not worth full price $$$.

Played twilight 7/30. This course is definately in my rotation this summer. Anywho, course is in good shape. The greens are getting firmer as the City/Am approaches. Goodluck hitting fairways. Half are around 25yds. wide. A very good time of golf. Wind can play in the afternoon. Stay out of the rough & hit'em straight!

Played 7/26 @ 11:30. Fastest front nine I think I ever played (about one hour). The greens are smooth & pretty quick in spots even w/ all the unfixed ball marks. Tees & fairways are in decent shape (nothing to brag about. It hot as hell right now out there so get a morning tee time & beat the HEAT.

Played 7/24 @ twilight again. It took the two of us over 3 hrs. to play the front (just horrible!). Anywho, the back was smooth sailing (people dropped out fortunately). The greens are d%mn never perfect. Tees & fairways are in good shape as well. There are spots in the rough where you just don't want to be (its a crap shoot). All in all, the course is well worth the resident price!
Beware- the 18th green was punched so get out there before they ruin the greens.

Played 7/23/07. Course is in GOOD shape. Greens roll smooth & true. I love how Sycuan keeps their courses in shape (most of the time). Get out there and play (preferrably in the morning...beat the HEAT). Willow is a good golf course!

Well I had to try out ol' Chula. I hadn't played here in a couple of months & to my suprise the course was in pretty good shape. The greens were very green & healthy but way too slow for my liking. I couldn't make a putt to save my life. I mean I stuffed it in there on several occasions & made nothing...Anywho, the course is worth & $15. But they need to cut & roll the greens!

Played 7/17 @ twilight (of course). Course is the same as I reported last week. Bumpy greens, OK fairways, the rough is getting thicker as the City/Am approaches next month. Go to Torrey if you want to play a Muni thats in good shape.
