For those you havn't played this course there is one thing to consider when going. It is right next to the Long Beach Aiport(nearest heli pad) so you get some air traffic while your playing. I thought the course was well laid out, first hole had a small water hazzard left, but bunkers did make for an interesting game. this is only my 4th long course since i started a few months ago and have progressed well, my only gripe about this golf course was that at early tee times the first tee was crowded and we didn't get to tee on time cause another group jumped us,(wasnt any employees monitoring start times/names. Greens were good, just enough trees to keep you out of trouble but not so many you couldn't miss. overall my group had a good time, plus golf carts have the accurate gps in them, nice feature

This was the first long 9hole course i've played, it had a nice mix of 2 par 5's 5 par 4's and 2 par 3's. The fareways were very distinct and had proper distance markers to help gauge your shots. It was fairly wide open and forgiving, i didn't hit any bunkers but they were placed well. This is a great course if you want to hit a driver but dont want to spend the big money to go through 18, and for only 9 holes it was a great chance to work all aspects of the game. would def recommend this course.
