Played July 24th. I was a little miffed that they didn't aerate the greens BEFORE they opened! I can't understand how they can justify $100 per player when the greens were punched (and some of them sanded). On top of that, the staff in the pro-shop two young ladies (who looked as if they would rather be at the mall, talking on their cell phones) were extremely rude to me when I accidentaly told them an inverted tee time. For $100, I would expect some serious butt kissing. The starter also had NO CLUE. Our threesome's tee time was 7:54. He let out the 8:12 FOURSOME before us, just because they wanted to go first. By the time we got to the starter (we were 7 minutes early by the way) he told us we should have been quicker. We decided to wait 10 minutes before teeing off. We also decided to tee off from the tips to slow us down a little. Well, we ended up waiting on every hole. The course itself (the greens notwithstanding) was great. It was a fair test of golf, except for the first par5 on the backside. Totally blind tee shot and second shot. I birdied it anyway, but the design of the hole stunk. All of the other par5s are drivable in two. Fairly easy course to score well on. I shot 74, but left a bunch of shots out there because the greens were not puttable. Also, they had the TPC tee markers two sets of tees forward. We said screw it, and played from the tippy tips anyway. The only other complaint about the course design is that, if you're a long hitter, the course takes driver out of your hands on several of the par4s. Sometimes the fairway will stop at 270 or 280 and narrow extremely. I got to practice my 3wood a lot. The course does have some nice risk-reward holes, which rounds out the experience. My favorite hole was #17. A little over #300 yards to the flag, with trees on the left and a large greenside bunker on the right. I was fortunate enought to put the ball 20 feet from the hole for an easy 2putt bird. I'll definately go there again on a day when the greens are not punched. I also hope that I don't see those teenage valley-girls from hell again. A quick word of warning, if ANY of your players don't show up, they charge you for them. They have a 48hour cancellation policy, so make sure everyone shows, or else!

Played it on July 23rd. Shot a 68 from the tips. The course tops out at a little over 6700, so it's not very long. All of the par 5's are reachable after a good drive. Even some of the par 4's are drivable (#5 and #15) I accidently put it on #5. If you cut the corner, it's only 335 or so to the center of the green. I aimed over the right corner of the hill, and somehow it went on! The course was in great shape. Greens rolled smooth, fairways were good, and tee boxes were mowed tightly. And best of all, it was $30!! Almost as good, was that fact that NOBODY was out there! We were a foursome and finished in 3.5 hours. I felt that the course was a little easy from the tips. Maybe they could make #13 a par four instead; they could also lengthen out some of the par fours. I didn't hit any iron longer than a PW to any of the par fours, and I hit a 7iron into #13. I would highly recommend this track. It's cheap, fun, not crowded, and in great condition!
