Played there today and even though the course wasn't in bad shape, they will charge you for an extra player if only 3 show up on a 4 person reservation. Beware! They have no marshals which the course played very slow. One cart girl that you only see once and the snack bar at mid course closed early. Don't waste the money on the toll road to get there and the tee time fees. Overcharged, not worth the fee! There are better courses for the money.

I played Bonita a week ago and I have made a decision to scratch this course off of my list. The greens are terrible, the staff acts like it is a private club and they charged $51 to play with a cart. It was a 5-1/2 hour round There are no marshall's. The course is short, 6200 from the blues and should take no more than 4-1/2. The greens will never get any better. Someone told me there is too much salt content in the water they use for the greens. Too Bad! Lots of other places to play.

I play bonita quite a bit because it is close, but the greens suck there and they won't be getting any better anytime soon. The course pro is one of the rudist people I have ever met. Save your money and time. There are too many nice courses around to have to deal with what I mentioned.
