Played 2 April--Carts only--layout not conducive to walking. Greens have recovered nicely from recent aeration. Don't let the relatively short course length fool you--the layout is challenging and forces planned shots. Be sure to ask the Starter for a crib sheet if you haven't played here before. Bunkers are typical SoCal hard pan (bad, in serious need of sand) but the challenging layout, awesome views and friendly staff make the trip to Ramona worth the effort. Restaurant and Pro shop are a plus--they have what you need at reasonable prices. Enjoy!
